This service is provided by Honest Bill, a d/b/a of Cepero Collective LLC. We are not your utility company or energy supplier, and we are not connected to, paid by, or endorsed by any of them. Utility names on our site or in your results are only there because they appear on your bill.

We are not a government agency

We are not a public utility commission, a consumer protection office, or any part of the government. To file a formal complaint about a utility, contact your state’s public utility commission.

This is education, not advice

Honest Bill helps you understand your bill and what to ask about. It is not legal, financial, tax, or engineering advice. For decisions with real stakes, such as a legal dispute or a large purchase, talk to a qualified professional.

Savings are estimates

Savings numbers are our best estimate from what your bill shows. Your real results depend on your utility, your usage, and what your utility agrees to. We do not promise any specific amount.

AI reads your bill, and AI can make mistakes

Honest Bill uses artificial intelligence to read your bill. We built it to report only what your bill supports, and every finding quotes the line it came from so you can check it yourself. Please do: look at the quoted line on your actual bill before you call. If a finding is wrong, our refund policy has you covered.

You stay in charge

We never contact your utility for you, change your account, or switch your plan. Every call and every decision is yours.
