These are the rules for using Honest Bill. We kept them as short and plain as we could. By running an audit, you agree to them.

Who we are
This service is provided by Honest Bill, a d/b/a of Cepero Collective LLC. Cepero Collective LLC is a Florida limited liability company inBoynton Beach, Florida 33426. “We” and “us” mean Cepero Collective LLC. “You” means the person using Honest Bill.
What you get
- An AI-assisted, line-by-line review of the utility bill you upload.
- Plain-English findings, each quoting the bill line it relies on, with estimated savings.
- Next steps and, when a call would help, a script you can read to your utility or supplier.
- One free re-run within 30 days of your purchase, for your next bill from the same utility account. It is there so you can see whether the changes came through. A bill from a different account or address is a new audit.
Honest Bill is a one-time purchase of $19.99 per bill, unless a different price is shown at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. Only upload bills that are yours, or that you have permission to share, such as a bill for your own household.
Using Honest Bill fairly
Please do not:
- Upload anything that is not a utility bill, or anything illegal or harmful.
- Try to break, overload, copy, or get around Honest Bill, including any access code or payment step.
- Resell Honest Bill audits or use them to run a competing service.
We may refuse or stop service to anyone who breaks these rules.
Your bill and your results
Your bill stays yours. You let us use it only to run your audit, as explained in our privacy and data promise. Your results are yours to keep, print, and share. We keep your payment record and email, plus your utility’s name, bill date, and a scrambled account number, so your free re-run works; we never keep your bill or your results.
Estimates, not guarantees
Honest Bill gives estimates and education, not legal or financial advice. We are independent from every utility and government agency. Our disclaimer explains this in full. We work hard to be accurate, but AI can make mistakes, so check each quoted line against your bill before you act.
Refunds
If a finding is wrong, you get a full refund, no questions asked, when you ask within 30 days of your purchase. See our refund policy for the details.
Our liability
Honest Bill is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as a decision you make with your utility or a plan you switch to. If we are ever responsible to you for anything, the most we owe is the amount you paid for the audit in question. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If something goes wrong between us
Please email us first at support@myhonestbill.com. Most problems are solved with one reply. These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute that we cannot settle together will be handled in the state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida, or in small claims court where you live.
The fine print, in plain words
- These terms, plus our privacy, refund, and disclaimer pages, are the whole agreement between us.
- If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a rule right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- If Honest Bill is ever sold or merged, these terms and our data promise go to the new owner. You may not transfer your audit or re-run to someone else.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to an audit you already bought.
